Charles Dickens was born on the seventh day of February in 1812. He is considered to be the most popular author during the Victorian Era of writing. Even today he is considered widely popular for creating some of the most iconic and memorable characters. His writing style was unique for his time period and it ultimately gave way to the modernization of literature. Dickens' novels are enjoyable and they make the reader seem like they are walking beside the protagonist the entire time.
